Duties and activities of a general and specialized nature in support of the assigned program area; performs a range of office and administrative support functions; and prepares and edits a wide range of documents ranging from general correspondence to technical reports. Provides first contact with clients through face to face greeting or telephone interaction.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"\">Minimum Requirements<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\">High School diploma. Skilled in: typing; filing; data entry; telephone, office equipment and computer usage. Working knowledge of office procedures. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with parents, child care providers and professionals. Knowledgeable of community resources. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Valid driver\u2019s license. APS\/CPS check and a clear criminal background check with no charges related to child abuse and neglect, domestic violence or drug charges.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"\">Desirable Qualifications<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\">Detail oriented. Ability to multi-task. Excellent computer skills. Ability to operate and maintain office equipment. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
