Child Care
\nResource & Referral<\/h3>\n

Assist eligible parents who work, attain training or attend school with child care subsidies (financial assistance). Educate consumers on selecting quality child care and provide referrals. Provide training, technical assistance and resources to child care providers. Grant funded from the WV Department of Human Services.<\/p>\n

CSBG<\/h3>\n

Provides support for individuals and families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Assistance is tailored to meet immediate needs and promote long-term stability.<\/p>\n

Early Head Start<\/h3>\n

Is dedicated to providing quality services in a caring environment that meets the needs of the children (birth to age three), families and communities. The program also serves families with pregnant moms providing support for the expectant mother through education, health checks, socialization meetings and classes.<\/p>\n

Construction at Affordable Rates<\/h6>\n

MountainHeart provides affordable services including drywall, painting, roofing, flooring, siding, and other home repairs. Cabinet installations, decks, room additions, remodels and new home construction is also available. This is not a grant funded program.<\/p>\n

West Virginia
\nBirth To Three<\/h3>\n

Home visitation program for infants and toddlers who are experiencing a developmental delay or who are at risk for delay.  Services are provided in the child\u2019s natural environment and are free of cost for families.   Funding provided through Part C of IDEA.<\/p>\n
