Each of West Virginia\u2019s resource and referral agencies employs a Behavioral Consultant to serve the child care centers, facilities, and home providers in their region.<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"\">The Behavioral Consultant is a person with experience in behavior guidance and child development.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"\">\r\n \t<li>The consultant is someone you can talk to if you are not sure about a child\u2019s behavior, if you find yourself frustrated by a situation, or if you just have a question.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>All services are confidential and free of charge.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assistance is offered in many forms, including: phone conversations, written information, site visits, and face to face discussion \u2013 whatever you are most comfortable with.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The consultant\u2019s main goal is to support you \u2013 the provider.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col-md-7 col-sm-6 col-xs-12 col-lg-7\"><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"tmpl-about-6 boldgrid-section dynamic-gridblock background-scroll\" style=\"border-width: 0px;
