Replacement Program for homeowners with non\u2011working systems.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h3\" style=\"color: #dd3333; outline-color: transparent !important;\">Who Can Apply?<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"mb-3\">\n<li><strong>No working heat or air conditioning<\/strong>&nbsp;(your current system must be non-functional).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Own and live in the home<\/strong>&nbsp;(provide a deed or title as proof).<\/li>\n<li>Household meets&nbsp;<strong>one<\/strong>&nbsp;of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>At least one household member is&nbsp;<strong>60+<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n<li>There is a&nbsp;<strong>child age 5 or younger<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n<li>A household member has a&nbsp;<strong>disability<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"h3\" style=\"color: #dd3333;\">Required Documentation<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"mb-0\">\n<li>Proof of&nbsp;<strong>income for everyone in the home<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Most recent&nbsp;<strong>power and\/or gas bill<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Driver\u2019s License or Photo ID<\/strong>&nbsp;for everyone age 18+<\/li>\n<li>Signed&nbsp;<strong>consent form<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"h3\" style=\"color: #dd3333;
