SUMMAry

Responsible for supervising childcare staff in high volume office(s). Trains, coaches, and mentors employees on specific job duties and how to deliver the best customer service possible. Directs the daily activities of staff to ensure that deadlines are met. Assists case managers in reducing the audit error rate. Implements child care and agency policy. Conducts regularly scheduled staff meetings. Explains child care policy to clients and child care providers when questions arise.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human services, early childhood or related field. Knowledge of child care policies and PATH. Ability to problem solve and maintain confidentiality.

Valid driver’s license. APS/CPS check and a clear criminal background check with no charges related to child abuse and neglect, domestic violence or drug charges.

Desirable Qualifications

Three or more years of supervisory experience. Thorough knowledge of WV DoHS childcare policies. Detail oriented. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Excellent computer skills.

Rate of Pay

$50,000.00 to $54,500.00 per year
